THE SWISS SECRET TO A NUTRITIOUS BREAKFAST: BIRCHER MUESLI

 What you need

 

~ ½ cup rolled oats

~ ¼ cup Greek yogurt or vegetable milk.

~ 1 tablespoon organic honey (optional)-->

Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the mixture soak in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least 4 hours).

 

In the morning, stir the mixture and serve chilled.
